We are currently exploring a Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) machine for organic powder packaging in 50g and 100g pouches. Our current packaging system results in puffed pouches due to trapped air, and we are looking for solution that can minimize or eliminate this issue without compromising production speed.
Our specific requirements are:
• Pouch Sizes: 200 mm (length) × 120–125 mm (width)
• Product: Fine organic herbal powder
• Daily Volume: Moderate-scale, continuous production 60 packs per min or and be varied.
• Preferred Features:
o Air-removal mechanism (mechanical compression or suction nozzle or vacuum system)
o No nitrogen flushing required
o Consistent sealing quality with minimal residual air or no air If possible.
o We need a complete line with screw feeder, discharge feeder, connected with weight checker and metal detector.
